2. Exceptions – Genuine Cases Only
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following rare situations:

You receive a wrong book that does not match your order.

You receive a damaged or defective copy (must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery).

Your order is undelivered due to our error.
In such cases, we will review your request and either provide a replacement copy or, in exceptional circumstances, a refund.
